Winter storm to kick off the week What: - 20 to 40 centimetres of snow expected - near-zero visibilities in heavy snow and blowing snow - 5 to 10 millimetres of freezing rain in Abitibi-Témiscamingue When: late today until Tuesday morning Additional information: Precipitation will begin as snow, then gradually change over to ice pellets, and then to freezing rain on Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, a brief period of rain is expected before precipitation changes back to snow, reducing remaining accumulations on the ground. ### Roads and walkways will likely be very difficult to navigate.
