Winter storm early this week What: - 15 to 20 centimetres of snow possible - near-zero visibilities in heavy snow and blowing snow When: Monday morning to Tuesday afternoon Where: The southern James Bay coast, including Eastmain and La Grande 4. Additional information: Snow will be accompanied by northerly winds up to 70 km/h, creating blowing snow, especially for coastal areas of James Bay. Winds will gradually strengthen until Tuesday morning. Blowing snow will cause reduced visibilities. Behind the storm, overnight Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, a cold air mass will cause wind chill values between -38 and -45. ### Travel will likely be challenging.
