    * WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Franklin, Western Clinton, and Western Essex Counties. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines resulting in scattered power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected between 2 AM Monday and Noon Monday, and along the Route 11 corridor. Another period of strong winds are expected between 2 AM and 10 AM Tuesday.

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Two period of strong winds are expected, the first will be between midnight tonight and 10 AM Monday, followed by another period of strong winds between 8 PM Monday evening and 8 AM Tuesday.
