    * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

    * WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph this morning.

    * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio.

    * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

    * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
