Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will develop along the I-10 corridor this evening, with additional thunderstorms moving into the Concho Valley and Heartland after midnight.
