Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Whiteside, Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Rock River at Moline. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Water affects residences near the 27th Street bridge. Water is over portions of 60th St south of Green Valley Sports Complex and portions of 56th Ave along the north side of the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to slowly fall to below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
