Also at this level, the U.S. Coast Guard may prohibit all recreational vessel traffic from just above the Chain of Rocks Canal south entry to just below the mouth of the Meramec River. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 28.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 30.4 feet early Friday morning.
