Additional information: Strong southwest winds are expected to develop this morning with the passage of a sharp arctic cold front. Winds will shift to the west and ease slightly this afternoon or evening. Westerly winds gusting to 70 km/h will continue into Tuesday morning. ### Local utility outages are possible. The very strong winds will veer to the west this evening then continue overnight before slowly easing Tuesday morning. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.
