At 13:45 on August 6, 2026, Changchun Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for thunderstorms and strong winds: it is expected that thunderstorms and strong winds may occur in the central and western parts of Gongzhuling, Nong an, Dehui, Jiutai, and some towns in the northern part of Changchun City within the next 6 hours, with gusts of wind reaching 8-10 levels, and may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall and other severe convective weather.
