Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility below one half mile. Localized blizzard conditions will be possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be immediately along the coast Thursday night into Friday afternoon. The wind weakens this weekend to around 20 to 35 mph, but when it's accompanied by any light snow, visibility may drop.
