Rainfall rates are expected to be around 2 inches per hour with the stronger storms.

Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with some locally higher amounts. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hutchinson, Arkansas City, Winfield, Wellington, Goddard, Kingman, South Hutchinson, Sterling, Cheney, Douglass, Belle Plaine, Conway Springs, Haven, Nickerson, Oxford, Garden Plain, Mount Hope, Udall, Pretty Prairie and Andale.
