When: Wednesday to Thursday morning. Where: Greater Montreal, Outaouais, Lanaudière, Laurentians, Parc du Mont-Tremblant, Mauricie and Quebec City. Additional information: Conditions will remain cold in subsequent days, which may complicate and delay the full return to normal services. There will likely be transportation delays and cancellations. ### Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. Prolonged utility outages are likely.
