Smith's Island is affected by flood waters. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.4 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
