This is expected to cause heat stress and the effects will be felt mostly over Benue, Nasarawa, Federal Capital Territory, Kogi, Niger, Kebbi, CrossRiver, Oyo and Ogun States.These inland of the south and the southwest and southeast are also under danger of heat stress.
Some states in Nigeria will be affected.
Drink lots of water
Stay in well ventilated environment.
Use hats, sunscreen and stay under shades
Wear light clothes.
