A winter storm is expected. What: Total amounts of 15 to 20 centimetres of snow and ice pellets over a 24-hour period. Strong winds reaching between 30 and 50 kilometres per hour. Blowing snow resulting in poor visibilities. When: Wednesday to Thursday. Where: Témiscamingue, La Vérendrye Wildlife Reserve and Parent - Gouin Reservoir. Additional information: Precipitation will start as snow and will be accompanied by local blowing snow. Snow will become mixed with freezing rain late Wednesday before changing back to snow.
