Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Henderson, Des Moines, Louisa and Mercer Counties. Mississippi River at Ill. City LD16 affecting Muscatine and Rock Island zones. Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Des Moines, Henderson and Lee Counties. Mississippi River at Gregory Landing affecting Hancock and Clark Counties. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15. * WHEN...From Monday evening to Thursday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.4 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Monday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding and flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bureau, Carroll, Henry IL, Jo Daviess, Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island, Stephenson and Whiteside and Iowa, including the following areas, Benton, Buchanan, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott and Washington. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and storms will continue to move across the watch area through at least late Sunday morning. These storms will be capable of rainfall rates between 1 to 2 inches per hour. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are likely in the hardest hit areas, with the potential for localized areas of 4 to 5 inches.
