Blowing snow resulting in very poor visibilities. When: Wednesday afternoon to Thursday evening. Where: Gaspé Peninsula. Additional information: Freezing rain possible over the Chaleur Bay Thursday afternoon. ### Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Road closures are possible.
