IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Philadelphia, Jenkintown, Narberth, Rockledge, Abington, Langhorne, Bryn Athyn, Willow Grove, Germantown, Chestnut Hill, Northeast Philadelphia and Roxborough. This includes the following highways... Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 9 and 11. Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 335 and 340. Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 344 and 352.
