At 12:30 pm on April 3, 2026, the Liaoyuan Meteorological Observatory in Jilin Province issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within the next 24 hours, all towns (streets) in Longshan District, Xi an District, and High tech Development Zone in our city will have a 5-6 level southerly wind, and the instantaneous wind force can reach 7-8 levels.
