Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Joliet, Orland Park, Tinley Park, New Lenox, Homer Glen, Park Forest, Mokena, Frankfort, Steger, Manteno, Braidwood, Wilmington, Coal City, Dwight, Peotone, Richton Park, Frankfort Square, Crete, University Park and Manhattan.
