This will threaten rapid fire spread from any new sparks this afternoon and early evening. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque NM has issued a Red Flag Warning. * AFFECTED AREA...Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106). * TIMING...From noon today to 7 PM MDT this evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...South winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative humidity as low as 8 to 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
