Additional Information: A second low pressure system is expected to bring significant rainfall to the region on Saturday. For some areas the rain may initially be mixed with freezing rain, especially during Saturday morning into the early afternoon. Due to the saturated ground and prior rain events the rain on Saturday may cause hazardous conditions due to extreme runoff. There is a freezing rain warning in effect for areas that will receive significant freezing rain.
