Additional Information: A second low pressure system is expected to bring hazardous winter conditions to the region on Saturday. Precipitation will likely begin as snow or ice pellets and mixing with freezing rain or rain Saturday afternoon or evening. ### Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate.
