For the Wind Advisory, North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast. * WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM PDT Thursday. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness, especially for sensitive groups like the very young, the very old, those without air conditioning, and those active outdoors. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
