Multiple structures at and near O'Connell's RV Campground remain surrounded by flood waters as of 700 PM CDT on Sunday, September 20th, and some roads in the area are still flooded as well. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... take immediate precautions to protect life and property.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

streams, or drainage areas. Heavy rainfall can cause quick rises on
