Southern Brevard Barrier Islands. * WIND...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 32 to 35 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
