    ...Warm, Dry and Windy Conditions Expected Tuesday...

    .Dry conditions will continue across the region over the next several days. Today, winds from the northwest will increase to 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon, with gusts around 35 mph. The winds, combined with continued very dry conditions will allow for the rapid spread and growth of any fires. Wednesday, RH values are forecast to drop into the low to mid teens as westerly winds gust around 25 to 30 MPH.

    * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 001 Cheyenne KS, 079 Dundy, 080 Hitchcock, 081 Red Willow and 252 Yuma.

    * TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM MDT /11 AM CDT/ this morning to 7 PM MDT /8 PM CDT/ this evening. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening.

    * WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph today. West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 MPH Wednesday.

    * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Around 15 percent today and low as 12 percent Wednesday.

    * IMPACTS...Unpredictable fire behavior. Any fires that develop may rapidly grow and spread out of control.
