It is expected that all towns and nearby waters in our county will experience a level 9-10 southeast to south wind today, weaken to level 9 in the evening, and turn to a level 8 northwest wind in the middle of the night. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.
