South to southwest winds Saturday morning and afternoon, becoming north to northeast Saturday evening through Monday. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Wind prone areas along US-395 between Janesville and Doyle may gust up to 65 mph. * WHERE...For the Lake Wind Advisory, Honey Lake and Frenchman Lake. For the Wind Advisory, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM PDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
