    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following county, Bourbon and Missouri, including the following counties, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dallas, Hickory, Laclede, Polk, St. Clair and Vernon. * WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1028 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Brush Creek at 1200 Road, Deer Creek at Highway V, Lindley Creek at Mathis Road, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road, Little Niangua at County Road 200, Rainy Creek at Knobby Road and Little Niangua at County Road 66. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
