    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of east central Kansas, including the following county, Linn and west central Missouri, including the following counties, Bates, Cass, Henry, Jackson and Johnson. * WHEN...Until noon CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 151 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Numerous roads are closed throughout the warning area. Do not drive into flood waters. Flooding is expected to continue through tonight. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
