At 11:40 am on April 3, 2026, Changchun Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that there will be scattered lightning weather in the eastern part of Gongzhuling, urban area, southern part of Nong an, Dehui, Jiutai and most parts of Shuangyang in the next 6 hours, accompanied by strong convective weather such as strong winds and small hail in some areas. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Bureau jointly remind to pay attention to prevention work.
