At 16:20 on July 26, 2026, the Suqian Meteorological Observatory issued a strong convective yellow warning signal: it is expected that some townships (towns, streets) in Sucheng District, Suyu District, Hubin New District, Economic Development Zone, Yanghe New District, Susu Industrial Park, Shuyang County, Siyang County, and Sihong County will experience thunderstorms from this afternoon to the first half of the night, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, 8-10 level thunderstorm winds and other strong convective weather. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau (Disaster Reduction Office) and Meteorological Bureau jointly remind to take preventive measures.
