Building east swell from Hurricane Fausto expected to begin impacting all exposed east facing shores today. East shore surf will gradually increase as Fausto moves closer to Hawaii, and decline Wednesday as the system passes to the west. * WHAT...Large breaking waves of 10 to 14 feet. * WHERE...East facing shores of Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Maui, and Big Island. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents will make swimming dangerous.
