The monsoon trough moves down to lie across the North and the upper Northeast into the low pressure cell over the Gulf of Tonkin while the moderate southwest monsoon prevail over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. More rain and isolated heavy rains are possible in the country with heavy rain in some places of the upper North and the western Northeast. The moderate winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบริเวณภาคเหนือตอนบน และด้านตะวันออก ของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมเลื่อนลงมาพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ย ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร อนึ่ง พายุดีเปรสชัน “โซเดล” บริเวณมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศจีน ได้อ่อนกำลังลงเป็นหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงแล้ว
