Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Charlevoix, Cheboygan, and Emmet Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Recent heavy snowfall will make travel very difficult, if not impossible on some back roads and secondary roadways. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact travel through Monday evening. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
