Winter storm to kick off the week. What: - Snowfall amounts of 15 to 30 centimetres expected - Near-zero visibilities in heavy snow and blowing snow When: until Tuesday afternoon. Additional information: Snow will be accompanied by northerly winds up to 70 km/h, creating blowing snow, especially for coastal areas of James Bay. Winds will gradually strengthen until Tuesday morning. Blowing snow will cause reduced visibilities. Behind the storm, a cold air mass will cause wind chill values between -38 and -45 overnight Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. ### Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced to near zero at times.
