Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Cass, Schuyler, Morgan and Brown Counties. .River levels will continue to slowly fall the next several days, but flooding will continue into early next week. The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Havana. * WHEN...Until further notice. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:45 AM CDT Monday was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.7 feet Monday, May 11. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
