For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected. * WHERE...In Arkansas, Union, Columbia, Lafayette, and Nevada Counties. In Texas, Upshur and Wood Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the first Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CDT Monday. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight Monday Night to 9 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
