Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Keweenaw and Northern Houghton Counties. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. The strong winds may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
