    * WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Widespread snow this evening transitioning to lake effect snow late tonight through Tuesday night. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Southern Erie County. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous starting this evening. Lake effect snow bands may significantly reduce visibility and produce quick accumulations of snow on roadways. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
