Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several areas are already saturated from storms yesterday. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 415 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.1 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. Saturated soils from previous heavy rain may lead to flooding developing quickly. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
