Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow overnight. * WHERE...The Niagara Frontier. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening commute.
