Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. Basement flooding may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected through midday. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
