This Flood Warning addresses the high water levels affecting the Cheboygan River basin UPSTREAM of the Cheboygan Dam. * WHAT...Flooding caused by recent rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Cheboygan and Emmet. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding is occurring.
