Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 700 PM EDT. * At 250 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses. * Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
