    * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following areas, Baboquivari Mountains, Catalina and Rincon Mountains, Dragoon and Mule and Huachuca and Santa Rita Mountains, Tohono O'odham Nation, Tucson Metro Area, Upper San Pedro River Valley and Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar Valley. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon through 11 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Expect scattered thunderstorms beginning late this afternoon through the evening. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Willcox, Chiricahua National Monument, Pearce-Sunsites, Cochise, Sunizona, Kansas Settlement and Rucker Canyon. This includes the following highways... Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 64. Route 191 between mile markers 37 and 66. Interstate 10 between mile markers 325 and 339.
