It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 549 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicates that between 4 and 8 inches of rain fell in the warned area yesterday. Flooding is ongoing. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the warned area through this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
