    * WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph, strongest near Lake Superior. * WHERE...Alger, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening commute. The strong winds may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
