Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of moderate to heavy rain along with some embedded thunderstorms are expected to track into western New England today before a cold front sweeps through the region tonight.
